The Briarwood property was formerly a commercial office building. After substantial renovations and a new façade, it has become a full service transitional shelter, serving men aged 55 and older. This building is the first shelter to be fully owned and managed by Westhab. In addition to residential space, the shelter has social services for residents, including employment services, housing services, and case management services.
