The rental apartments lie along the top of \u201cT\u201d fronting 126th Street, while the Renaissance by Marriott projects south towards West 125th street. The 27-story 143,000 sq. ft. 211-key hotel features the largest ballroom in Harlem (5,000 sq. ft.), meeting rooms, restaurants, and a rooftop bar with views to Central Park. The adjacent 26-floor residential tower, called Victoria Tower Residences, has 191 rental units, half of which are affordable including units set aside for those with mobility and hearing or visual impairments. The 172,000 sq. ft. residential tower has a lobby entrance on West 126th Street on the north side of the site. Amenities include an exercise room, laundry room, an indoor\/outdoor 6th floor recreation area, bicycle storage and underground car parking.<\/p>\n<p>Although most of the original Victoria building suffered severe neglect, the historic theatre lobby has been restored according to photographs. An LED sign in the shape of the original Loew\u2019s Victoria sign hangs from the fa\u00e7ade on West 125th Street. Designed with nature in mind, the building does not interrupt bird migration along the East River, and the new North Cove Park is located at the building\u2019s base for public enjoyment. Building A is located at 2070 Chatterton Ave, has 7 stories and a total of 64,264 sf. It has 17 studios, 33 1-bed, 24 2-bed, 5 3-bed units for a total of 79 units. Building B is adjacent at 1017 Olmstead Ave and has 9 stories and 203,301 sf. It has a total of 265 units, comprising of 58 studio, 112 1-bed, 77 2-bed, 18 3-bed units.
