Tremont Residences is a 100% supportive residential rental building set-aside for both vulnerable populations and low-income families. Building amenities include full-time security and maintenance staff, on-site staff offices, social service space, a 1,300 SF community room, outdoor recreational space, library, and laundry rooms on each floor.<\/p>\n
\nSocial services are provided to residents by Westhab, which received an Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) award for 60% of the units (71 units) to serve formerly homeless individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). The balance of the units (47) are available to low-income individuals and families. Westhab provides on-site social services for the formerly homeless residents, including individual case management.<\/p>\n
