The Bronx Grove Apartments at 261 East 202nd St. a

The Bronx Grove Apartments at 261 East 202nd St. and 270 East 203rd St. are nearing completion. These two buildings will have 323 units total, a combination of affordable housing and supportive housing. Supportive programs coordinated by @cambainc include youth development, economic development, and nutrition workshops. Residents have access to large training kitchens and tenant gardens. The building is also targeting LEED-Gold and Energy Star Certifications.

Aufgang's Park Lane Senior Apartments at 1940 Turnbull Ave in the Bronx was recently featured on @yimbygram. The housing lottery is now open for households with at least one member 62 years of age or older. The 14 story building offers 154 residences, 53 of which are reserved for residents at 50% AMI. The building offers in-unit intercoms to call for resident supportive services.

The landscaping around Building A1 at Edgemere Com

The landscaping around Building A1 at Edgemere Commons is receiving the finishing touches. This 17-story building has 194 affordable housing units and commercial space on the ground floor for a grocery store. The location was the site of the former Peninsula Hospital and completed a major rezoning in a partnership with Aufgang, The Arker Companies, and @slatepropertygroup. Additional buildings in the complex are developed by @tishmanspeyer and are under construction.
