Located in Bergen County, New Jersey, this all-electric, highly energy efficient 6 bed/6.5 bath single-family home is specially designed in partnership with
Alchemy Studio according to the client's specifications. The exterior features both first and second floor terraces, some of which overlook the patio adjacent to the outdoor pool. Basement level has a guest room with kitchen, a half-size basketball court, steam room, sauna, music room, play room, and 2-car garage. 1st floor has a gym and open concept kitchen/living room/dining room. 2nd floor has laundry facilities and 4 bedrooms with views of the surrounding landscape. Baisley Pond Park Apartments

This is the first project to open that was funded with the Housing Our Neighbors with Dignity Act (HONDA), a 2021 New York State law that financed building conversions for affordable and supportive housing. Formerly the JFK Hilton Hotel, this project involved updating rooms to comply with ADA accessibility standards and adding kitchenettes. The building is now updated to modern code standards and has 318 units, 192 of which are reserved for the formerly homeless. Amenities include on-site laundry, indoor garden, community room, kids’ playroom, gym, and computer room. The commercial kitchen is used for job training and Meals on Wheels.

326 Rockaway

326 Rockaway is a 100% affordable housing building with supportive services provided by RiseBoro. 85 units are available for tenants at or below 60% AMI and 130 units are reserved for formerly homeless families and adults, for a total of 215 units. Amenities include an outdoor recreation space and garden, gym, yoga space, and children’s playroom. The building is all electric, has rooftop solar panels, and meets Passive House standards.

The Yellowstone

This multi-use building is developed by Slate Property Group and is located at 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard in Forest Hills. It has a total of 166 apartments in 1- and 2-bedroom layouts, 50 of which are designated affordable. It has retail space on the ground floor for a supermarket and a bank, 186 enclosed parking spaces, and a shared outdoor recreation space. The façade has cascading setbacks that serve as private terrace space for select units.
