North Cove

Located at 375 West 207 St in Inwood, this mixed-use 30-story building has 611 affordable apartments, 36,629 sq ft of retail commercial space and 25,322 sq ft of community facility space, and 120 parking spaces. Designed with nature in mind, the building does not interrupt bird migration along the East River, and the new North Cove Park is located at the building’s base for public enjoyment. Bruckner Heights is a two-building, all affordable development in the Bronx. Building A is located at 2070 Chatterton Ave, has 7 stories and a total of 64,264 sf. It has 17 studios, 33 1-bed, 24 2-bed, 5 3-bed units for a total of 79 units. Building B is adjacent at 1017 Olmstead Ave and has 9 stories and 203,301 sf. It has a total of 265 units, comprising of 58 studio, 112 1-bed, 77 2-bed, 18 3-bed units. Both buildings have parking, outdoor recreation space on the second floor, and green roofs.

Bruckner Heights

East 148th & East 149th St

This development is a through-lot construction project with two residential towers. Tower A is located on the 148th Street Side of the building and has a total of 128 units, community facility space, commercial space, and parking, for a total of 135,235 gsf. This development consists of two buildings at 261 East 202nd Street and 270 East 203rd Street with a shared landscaped courtyard in between. Together, these buildings have a total of 323 units, with 127 designated affordable and 194 supportive units. Amenities include a laundry room in each building, computer and multi-purpose activity rooms, and community kitchen with access to tenant garden. Onsite supportive services and educational programs are provided by CAMBA.
